当我在Windows 2008服务器上时，如何通过CMD向其他用户发送消息？

我通常会shutdown -r -t 30 ，但是我怎样才能给这个命令添加一个文本？ 

 shutdown -r -t 30 -c "This system is shutting down in 30 seconds.."

-c "text"将向显示窗口添加注释，通知其他用户closures。

对于Unix，语法将会shutdown -r -t 30 "This system is shutting down in 30 seconds.. ”
