Apache：使用不区分大小写的pathredirect？

我有以下redirect： 

RedirectPermanent /SCJ https://fin-iq.com

但它不适用于/scj ， /sCj等有没有办法使这种情况下不敏感？

我尝试添加[NC，L]，但页面崩溃。
