运行下载时，CentOS 5极其缓慢

当我的服务器正在下载文件或执行其他IO操作时，其他服务器function变得非常慢（几乎locking）。 甚至其他不使用networking的function。 在下载过程中，如果我开始在gnome-terminal中input，我input的第一个键会延迟几秒钟出现在屏幕上，并且会重复多次，甚至只能input一次。

秒开始下载之前，我执行一个sar命令：

/var/log/messages不会出现错误。

我的磁盘是两块固态硬盘金士顿SH103S3240G在RAID-1分区如下：

• 在两个单独的LAN上设置两个NIC会导致错误
• 第二个网卡configuration不工作
• Magento CE PCI合规性
• VSFTPD – Linux（CentOS 5） – 制作一个dir FTP根目录
• Rsync Throttle上传带宽–bwlimit = KBPS

我的问题是：如果在计算机input命令并查看输出速度非常慢时发生此问题，我该如何诊断？

服务器太慢，你不能分析命令iotop和top的输出。
