cscript不是有效的Win32应用程序Windows Server 2003

试图从命令行运行cscript，在安装了IIS 6的Windows Server 2003上发出错误“cscript不是有效的Win32应用程序”。

它需要查看32位版本的cscript，而不是在PATH中使用的64位版本。

用完整path调用C:\WINDOWS\system32\cscript.exe 。
