有没有办法（除了程序）从terminal（或从Web UI）pipe理Google的pubsub-emulator ？

我发现gcloud alpha pubsub只pipe理远程（部署在GCP上）操作。 即使模拟器已经启动，并且定义了$PUBSUB_EMULATOR_HOSTvariables。

$PUBSUB_EMULATOR_HOST
能够pubub-emulator使用gcloud pubsub一样pipe理pubub-emulator将是最好的解决scheme。 可以这样做吗？
