添加自定义错误页面时，IIS 7.5pipe理器崩溃

我在Win 7 Pro中运行本地IIS 7.5服务器，并试图为403响应添加自定义错误页面。

当我点击确定为我的网站添加自定义错误页面时，IISpipe理器就消失了。 服务器仍在运行，我可以重新启动IISpipe理器，但新页面尚未保存。

我也尝试直接添加到web.config，但只是给了我The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
