nginx无法加载图片，CSS，JS

当我指向nginx中的一个URL，它具有图像扩展名，例如：

http://50.56.81.42/phpMyAdmin/themes/original/img/logo_right.png （举例）

它给了我404错误，因为它无法find该文件，但该文件实际上在那里。 什么是可能的错误？
