除非你真的知道你在做什么，否则我会推荐使用yum来安装nginx。 它可以在EPEL仓库中使用，也可能是rpmforge。
编辑：因为你需要nginx的自定义模块，你可能会更好地把自定义的构build包装到RPM中。 对于一个小型的pipe理团队来说，在十几台服务器上维护源代码就成了真正的问题。
也许你错过了Perl的头文件。 尝试安装Perl开发包：
yum install perl-devel
