无法使用Sql Yog连接RDS数据库

我已经在aws中为Mysql db创build了一个RDS实例。 但是我无法使用Sqlyog连接该服务器 

Endpoint key is used as host and all the other details are correct. Also when I go to "Security Groups" it says "Your account does not support the EC2-Classic Platform in this region."

请帮我解决这个问题。 非常感谢
