directory/不包含名为.ssh的文件夹，所以我确信authorized_keys文件没有被rsync覆盖。

你已经发现，改变主目录的所有权（远离authentication的用户）或者模式（允许group-或者其他的写入）将阻止ssh遵守~/.ssh的内容。 解决所有权和模式（755或更紧）将解决问题。
