没有Windows防火墙configurationwinrm的问题

我得到以下错误：

经过一番调查，我发现这是因为winrm服务需要启用windows防火墙才能进行configuration更改。 所以我可以通过命令行或使用组策略pipe理来设置除上面列出的设置以外的所有设置。 问题是公司configuration虚拟机的Windows防火墙永久禁用，并没有办法启用它，所以我不能增加连接超时。
