Apache错误 – subprocess仍然没有退出，发送一个SIGTERM＆ServerContext：1 leaked_rewrite_drivers销毁

我有很多错误日志条目调用 

ServerContext: 1 leaked_rewrite_drivers on destruction

和 

 child process 10494 still did not exit, sending a SIGTERM

没有人有任何想法如何解决这些错误？
