奇怪的问题从昨天我们的Asterisk安装开始。
通过ISDN BRI拨出时，呼叫失败并logging以下错误：
Unable to create channel of type 'DAHDI' (cause 34 - Circuit/channel congestion) 我已经重新启动了服务器，检查了configuration文件并通过线路提供商（BT）确认线路上没有故障。
来电正常工作，通过PSTN线路拨出。
真的可以使用一些build议，如果有人有任何想法？
