我如何configurationPostFix允许phpmailer通过它发送电子邮件？

我在CentOS上安装了postfix，并尝试使用smtpvalidationconfigurationphpmailer。

Phpmailer 将只能工作，如果我把0.0.0.0/0下我的networkingpostfix main.conf

mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8, [::ffff:127.0.0.0]/104, [::1]/128, 0.0.0.0/0 

但是在这个线程中（ 如何configurationPostFix来允许其他机器通过它发送电子邮件？ ）有人说不要把0.0.0.0/0放在我的networking中，因为它会导致垃圾邮件问题等等。

有人可以请build议我该怎么做，让我的服务器摆脱垃圾邮件的问题，也为了工作phpmailer？

如果我删除0.0.0.0/0并只保留mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8，[:: ffff：127.0.0.0] / 104，[:: 1] / 128

phpmailer说它不能发送邮件..
