Exim邮件服务器通过SMTP发送速度较慢

服务器向我发送横幅大约需要30秒，但初始连接是即时完成的

只有当我在办公室，从家里才能正常工作

在办公室我有一个rRns设置为我的客户端IP，它不工作。

服务器：Exim，公共固定IP，rDNS，在数据中心没有阻塞端口

接收速度非常快，但由于某种原因发送速度很慢，为了使其工作，我必须将发送超时时间增加到3分钟。

服务器软件是Exim / Dovecot / cPanel。

你有什么ideeas为什么有一个缓慢的发送过程？
