原因不是默认的IIS安全策略，存储在applicationHost.config ，正如其他答案所build议的（尽pipe我们检查了这一点）。 原因是我们安装了IIS而不支持ASP.NET（ASP.NET 4.5angular色）！

当我们安装了对ASP.NET的缺失支持时，我们的应用程序刚开始时根本没有任何configuration变化。

结论：

如果出现此错误，请仔细检查是否已安装ASP.NETangular色。

在Windows Server中安装ASP.NETangular色：

  1. 打开添加angular色和function向导
  2. 检查Web Server (IIS) – > Web Server – > Application Development下的ASP.NET [your_version]条目

在Windows客户端中安装ASP.NETangular色：

  1. 打开打开或closures向导的Windowsfunction
