SSH连接超时

鉴于：

vm – 由Win7sp1物理机器托pipe的WinXPsp3虚拟机
alice是vm上的用户
srv – 一个Win2008R2sp1服务器
bob是srv上的用户

vm和srv都有相同的cygwin（1.7.9）和openssh的新安装。
防火墙服务在vm （及其主机）和srv上被禁用
所有机器都可以从所有的机器上ping出来。
ssh mark@quake从vm和srv都能正常工作。
ssh bob@srv从地震和虚拟机都可以正常工作。
ssh alice@vm只能在vm上运行，但是在其他两台机器上运行失败：

虚拟机软件是VMWare Workstation 7.1.4。我认为问题是在它的设置，但我不知道在哪里。 networking适配器设置为桥接。
