我相信我的IP地址和端口号没有改变，改变的东西是teredo的状态…我注意到，teredo接口的IP号码不直接改变，但它的状态移动到禁用（或离线或任何状态），然后它重新启动新的IP地址…这是默认的行为或错误的东西（在RFC中没有提到这一点）

Teredo是一种将IPv6stream量通过IPv4上的UDP隧道传输到Teredo服务器的协议，Teredo服务器随后将IPv6stream量路由到Internet，或者返回给您。

您接收到的Teredo IPv6地址将编码Teredo服务器的IPv4地址和您的特定隧道连接的UDP端口。如果隧道断开并重新连接，这些可能会改变。

例如，在第一种情况下，您的Teredo地址对Teredo服务器的IPv4地址65.55.158.116和UDP端口59132进行编码。第二种情况下，IPv4地址是相同的，但UDP端口是60204.所以，我们可以看出您的隧道断开连接并至less重新连接一次。

Teredo也编码本地机器的IPv4 RFC1918地址，在你的情况下是192.168.8.102。
