VMWarenetworking问题

我在VMWare工作站6.5下安装了WS 2008作为guest虚拟机。 networking设置为桥接，所有防火墙closures。 我看到了一些非常奇怪的networking问题（主要通过ping来certificate）。

这里是networking设置：

主机电脑“鲍里斯”192.168.0.2（静态IP）

来宾（虚拟）电脑“Boris-ws2008”192.168.0.72（路由器分配的dynamicIP）

两台PC的网关都设置为192.168.0.1（NetGear路由器），并且所有的东西都在同一个子网上。 路由器在路由表中正确列出了“Boris”和“Boris-ws2008”，所有相关个人电脑都可以ping通路由器，不用麻烦上网。

问题：

从客人“Boris-ws2008”我无法通过名称或IP ping主机电脑“鲍里斯”，得到以下错误：

使用32字节的数据Ping 192.168.0.2：来自192.168.0.72的应答：目标主机不可达。

从主机“鲍里斯”我可以通过ip ping“Boris-ws2008”，但不能通过名称，得到以下错误：

Ping请求找不到主机boris-ws2008。

真奇怪的位：奇怪的是，从networking上的另一台计算机，我可以成功地ping和远程桌面，而不必“Boris-ws2008”跆拳道！
